EcoTap Auto Faucet and HK-CSD4R Auto Soap Dispenser at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Kaohsiung
Auto soap dispenser and auto faucet are used in the chain hospital to replace the manual ones due to the pandemic. Hokwang wall mounted EcoTap auto faucet and HK-CSD4R auto soap dispenser was chosen to be installed in the demonstrated commercial washroom which received good feedback. Therefore, the hospital concluded that the rest of the restrooms will be retrofitted with Hokwang auto hygiene products as well.
Project Overview and Requirements
The Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Kaohsiung was founded in 1986. There are more than 6000 employees, 2,638 beds and the average daily appointment is over 7,600 visits. The hospital also has a complete medical care community closed to the hospital for their employees as they provide 1,266 regular dormitory units employees and 1,874 single dormitory units for their employees and family.
Since the pandemic starts, the hospital decided to renovate their public restroom and replace with auto faucets and auto soap dispensers in order to create a better and hygienic overall design. Chang Gung Memorial Hospital is a chain hospital, they decided to refurbish one public restroom first and see the feedbacks from the visitors, and then renovate the rest of them.
They already installed Hokwang’s most popular high speed hand dryer HK-JA hand dryer and is happy with its powerful performance, so this time they only need the auto soap dispenser and auto faucet. The requirements for the commercial washrooms in the hospital are high and stable quality hygiene products and the products are also needed to meet the user-friendly and environmental-friendly design of their public restrooms.

At the end, both the visitors and the staff from the hospital are very satisfied with this renovated commercial washroom with Hokwang auto wall mounted soap dispenser and auto tap. We're currently working on the rest of the public restrooms, and also the ones in different cities.
