A combination of wall-mounted hand dryer and soap dispenser and an auto faucet was supplied to Carrefour in Taoyuan City. The easy installation and simple maintenance of our high speed hand dryer, auto foam soap dispenser and auto faucet are the two key reasons that these models are selected.

Project Overview and Requirements

Food court is one of the busiest places in Carrefour. The demands of supplying an automatic hand washing station in supermarkets or wholesales keeps increasing especially after the outbreak of Covid-19. Due to the limited spaces and the arrangement of plumbing, the food court requires hand dryer, auto soap dispenser and auto faucet that can be easily installed on a decorative partition.

Furthermore, hand dryer should be able to efficiently dry hands within 10 seconds, yet the noise level should be low to let customers have a quiet and pleasant experience. Auto soap dispenser is requested to be in foaming soap in order to save water and soap, also enhance the hand washing experience. Due to the light reflections in the food court, the stable sensing distances for hand dryer, auto soap dispenser and faucet are highly emphasized.

Hokwang's Solutions

We have supplied the HK-JA LdB05 hand dryer, HK-MSD21 foam soap dispenser and AF321 auto faucet based on the requirements from the building owner. The HK-JA LdB05 hand dryer is an advanced version of HK-JA05 high speed hand dryer. It dries hands within 9 seconds and keep the drying noise as low as possible. Considering the maintenance, the #304 stainless steel cover model is recommended.

For the auto soap dispenser, we offered the HK-MSD soap dispenser that has a foaming soap option. With the sufficient soap volume, the customers of Carrefour can clean their hands thoroughly without wasting water and soap. This also saves the water bill and hand soap costs for the building owner.

For the auto faucet, other than the stable sensing distance and water flow, the long-life solenoid valve (over 500k) reduces the potential costs of maintenance. We also used an aerator with smaller water flow to further cut down the use of water.

Combining these specially selected models, Hokwang has again satisfied the requirements from the customer and created a user-friendly hand washing environment.
