It’s 3 years for hand dryer and 1 year for auto soap dispenser and auto faucet. a. Three Years/One Year on Parts. The parts are warranted for a period of three (3) years for hand dryer and one (1) year for soap dispenser, auto faucet and smart toilet seat after the date of purchase. We will provide a replacement for any defective part without charge for the part. Parts used for replacement are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. b. No Labor. This Limited Warranty does not include labor or other costs incurred for service, repair, removal, installation, shipping or handling of defective or replacement product or parts. For certain items that are designed to be replaced by the owner, you are solely responsible for any replacement labor. Air filter (if equipped) cleaning is normal consumer-required maintenance. Please refer to the Operating Manual that is included in the packaging for air filter changing procedures. c. Proper Installation. This Limited Warranty applies only to Hokwang products that are installed by a licensed electrician who install products in accordance with all applicable building codes and permits utilizing the Hokwang’s products’ installation and operation instructions and following good trade practices.
